Shipment processing time

At point of purchase you will be given an estimated delivery date.

Shipments may be delayed due to high volume or unforeseen circumstances, but every effort will be made to dispatch your merchandise in a timely fashion. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment addresses 

Please ensure that your address is correct. If your package cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address, your order may be returned to the manufacturer and re-shipping fees may apply.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped from the manufacturing facility.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Toronto Humane Society is not responsible for any customs/import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of you the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Toronto Humane Society is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at petboutique@torontohumanesociety.com for follow up on your behalf.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
