Refund policy

Please be advised, your merchandise is specifically made to order. Toronto Humane Society can only proceed with a refund on defective/misprinted/damaged items. This claim must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.


If approved for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All "clearance" items are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so the issue can be evaluated.
Package lost in transit
Claims must be submitted on your behalf by Toronto Humane Society to the 3rd party manufacturer no longer than 30 days past the estimated delivery date. Contact us at petboutique@torontohumanesociety.com to commence process.
Refunds
We will notify you on the status of your refund application. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
